From the initial phone call of scheduling my service appointment with the customer service representative to meeting my service technician Mr. Will, both were courteous, professional and provided exceptional customer service. Mr. Will located the problem with my garage door and thoroughly provided a solution, he solved my garage door issue by replacing a new motor unit, rollers and key pad. Justin did a great job installing my new opener after lightning fried the other one. He gave me a lot of choices when it came to choosing a new opener and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. He was fast with the installation and left everything neat and tidy when the job was complete.

YES YES and YES! Very professional from me contacting scheduler till job completed… they worked around my schedule and in constant contact! Jon Holbrook was very prompt, courteous and very customer focused. Thanks Jon! Although I don’t think I will need to contact them any time soon for the great repair with current quality parts etc…. He did give me his card if anything new or reoccurring were to happen! When it’s time that I want a new garage door I will not hesitate to contact them again. In fact just an hour after he left this evening I recommended Precision to someone who was looking for a recommendation on my NextDoor.com! Wonderful comprehensive model!!!

I waited on two other companies that we had been using for years 8 days. I found Precision on the internet and called about 9:30 am and the receptionist told me there would be someone at my location 50 miles away at 2:00 pm. He arrived at 2:03 pm. Enough said.
