Precision were incredibly responsive, scheduling an appointment quickly and arriving on time. Bruce was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken door spring. Excellent customer service. They were out the very next day. The service technician Jonathan was awesome. We just bought this home and garage door needed repair, our serviceman explained everything to us, prices…etc, even prices to replace the door had we chosen to do that. He did a great job, for/rpl all things garage door, this door is working like new, very nice and courteous, I felt as ease to ask him anything, so we’re new to the area but we know who to call for our garage door needs.
