Precision were incredibly responsive, scheduling an appointment quickly and arriving on time. Bruce was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken door spring. Excellent customer service. They were out the very next day. The service technician Jonathan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He Answered all of my questions, and explained everything that he was doing. Overall excellent experience. We just bought this home and garage door needed repair, our serviceman explained everything to us, prices…etc, even prices to replace the door had we chosen to do that. He did a great job, for/rpl all things garage door, this door is working like new, very nice and courteous, I felt as ease to ask him anything, so we’re new to the area but we know who to call for our garage door needs. My technician was Bruce, he came and inspected my garage doors and then told me exactly what the problem was. He said, I can save you some money by telling you what you can do to correct the problem yourself. And I like to save a dollar especially in times like we are in today. He said install the wall mount switch that came with your new motor and the light bulb is most likely blown. He charged me a service charge and that was it. He did go in a little more depth about things concerning the opener which educated me for future events. I did what he said and it all worked fine. I felt like a real dummy after that. But, I got what I wanted. LOL!
