This is the second time we have needed Precision. They respond quickly. They answer the phone. Last night,Sunday night I called early evening and the technician was here this morning, Monday at 8:15. I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!

Extremely quick response to servicing our garage. Mike was here in less than 18 hours from our call to fix our garage door. He was super knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. Absolutely amazing service. Chris, the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and make sure you were informed of everything that he was about to repair. I had the main spring on my garage door break and needed a quick repair. The work was performed extremely quickly. Price seemed a little high, but my need was met in an extremely timely manner. This is the second time I’ve used this company.

Call for an appointment and scheduled for a morning appointment the following day. Mike the technician diagnosed and wrote up multiple options to fix our broken door and suggested fixes for our second door which hasn't worked for a few years. Everything was completed on the same day and was pleased with the results.
