Hi Johnny, we’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand your concern, especially after having repairs completed and continuing to experience an issue with your garage door. Our team returned for a second visit to take another look and determined that the remaining issue is related to damage to the top section of the door. We explained that resolving this issue would require replacing the damaged section. Since we do not carry replacement sections for this type of door, the option we could provide would be a new door. We understand this wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
