This is the second time we have needed Precision. They respond quickly. They answer the phone. Last night,Sunday night I called early evening and the technician was here this morning, Monday at 8:15. Great email and messaging communication to tell you who’s coming and when. I seriously wish they did more than garage doors or at least trained other companies how to be so customer oriented. Mike was super helpful; he thoroughly went over everything and gave multiple options of service, ranging in price and benefits. He was also in and out in like two hours, which was convenient, considering it took me the same amount of time to change one roller. Products also came with a warranty, which gives some peace of mind. Definitely will recommend!

I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!

Extremely quick response to servicing our garage. Mike was here in less than 18 hours from our call to fix our garage door. He was super knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. He was so kind to our toddler who was excited to see a “fixing guy” here. You could also tell he was truly passionate about his work! Super grateful for Mike and how quick we were able to be seen!

I found Precision Garage Door Services through an online search. Based on their very high positive review rate on Google, I gave them a try to help with my garage issues. Booking online was extremely easy, with plenty of variety for appointment times. My technician, Mike H., arrived for the appointment promptly after notifying they were on the way and he completed his assessment and services in total less than two hours. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely amazing service. Chris, the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and make sure you were informed of everything that he was about to repair. I had the main spring on my garage door break and needed a quick repair. The work was performed extremely quickly. Price seemed a little high, but my need was met in an extremely timely manner. This is the second time I’ve used this company.

Call for an appointment and scheduled for a morning appointment the following day. Mike the technician diagnosed and wrote up multiple options to fix our broken door and suggested fixes for our second door which hasn't worked for a few years. Everything was completed on the same day and was pleased with the results.
