Precision was fast and professional. They got me scheduled for the next day 0800. The communication from the office and from the tech, Miller, was outstanding! Text messages to confirm appointment and when tech was dispatch, followed by phone call from Miller to confirm he was on his way. Outstanding service. The work was completed quickly and accurately. Cost was on the higher end but worth it. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Mike, was most helpful. I scheduled my appointment on their website site. Appointment was set for between 2 and 6 pm. Technicians name is Teddy. He called at around 1:20. Said he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived on time. I told him what I needed, he gave me three or four options with prices for each option. He explained each option very well and I chose the one that worked best for me. He replaced one motor and installed a new spring system with new rollers. He was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the entire experience. It was a little pricey but being good isn’t cheap and being cheap isn’t good. I feel I got good value for the money I spent. I would recommend this company and I would certainly recommend this technician.
