Bruce Bohren did an outstanding job on repairing my garage doors. Bruce was professional, courteous, informative & went out of his way to make sure my garage doors were working properly before he left. Much to my delight he set up my car to open & close my garage door. You have an outstanding employee who I would highly recommend to anyone needing their garage doors repaired.

When the spring on our garage door broke, Precision came to the rescue. I as able to have someone come on the same day. Tim, the technician really knew his stuff! He showed us the reason why the spring broke on our fairly new garage door and gave us some pointers on how to maintain the unit. We will definitely use Precision again. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.

These guys were great. My old door was hanging up and wouldn't open. From the sales guy who came out and took measurements and showed me plenty of options to the guy who installed my new door and opener, they were all great guys. I would recommend these guys with pleasure. If you need a new garage door don't hesitate to give these guys a call. I couldn't even buy a new door from anywhere and get it before January. These guys got it and installed it in half the time it would have taken me to buy one and install it myself.

It was obvious that Greg was very educated. He communicate to my husband & I our immediate repair needs & additional recommend for additional repair needs to help avoid issues for the future. He wasn’t pushy but clear. The repairs were able to be completed the same day we reported the issue.

We bought our home in 2015. We remodeled everything but we never got around to upgrading the garage door- it was working fine. Well one day it stopped working. The garage door was the original one when the house was built. Precision door was so easy to work with. The salesman arrived on time, we picked out our door and motor. He took measurements and our new door was installed less than 4 weeks later. We love our new garage door and are very happy with the entire crew from Precision Door.
