Quoted 1 price then charged triple at install. Had no choice as had vehicle in garage needed to get out. Very disappointed………

I was provided a photo and short bio of the technician prior to his on-time arrival. Miller was courteous and answered all my questions. He also explained what needed to be repaired and why. He did an excellent job repairing the garage door which is now much smoother and quieter. I highly recommend them.

The technician arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. He offered us a very good deal on an automatic door opener install on top of the repairs we needed and it was too good to pass up. The overall price for the repairs and the upgrade was exceptional and the install was very professional and timely and the warranty is exceptional considering our door has some years on it. We highly recommend this company.

Joe is a complete professional. He thoroughly discussed the door types, designs, colors, installation and operation. For several years I have attempted to have the doors maintained or replaced, and no one in this community seemed interested. We look forward to having the new doors.

Precision Garage installed my new doors in 2023, was very pleased with the new and quiet doors. Last week one door just stopped working, easily booked an appointment and a friendly, courteous technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the the issue and replaced lift moter and surge protector. Because of the surge protector he observed it was still under warranty, saving us nearly $1000, we only owed the service call fee. Greatly appreciated the service of technician Nathan who also had great communication with his manager throughout the process. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for another great product, installation and quick service.

My garage door is 10 years old, I called because I could not open the door manually without a lot of effort, it was also making a binding noise when opening. Andy Maynard came out and checked the door operation, he found several things that were not up to code and why I was having trouble. One of the main problems was the door had only 1 spring, it needed to be 2 springs because of my door size. He gave me several options of what I could do to make the door operate properly. He made all the changes I selected and now the door works great. Andy explained everything to me and he is very good at what he does. After he made the changes the door works perfectly and I can open it manually with one hand. If you have garage door issues, call Precision Door, I promise they will fix any problems you have. Thanks Andy you are the best.

This was my second time using Precision Garage Door. The first time was last year on my home in Selma for spring repair which was done very timely and professionally. This time Bruce Bohren came out initially to my sister’s home in Smithfield and was very professional and looked over the issue with the door. He represented the company very well and was very friendly and explained exactly what I needed. The next day Jon the installer came out and again he was very professional and friendly and did an excellent install of a door, motor, molding, door sensors and I was literally floored at how everything turned out, my sisters house looked as if it had a makeover. Nothing but praise for this company.
