My new garage doors were installed 3 yrs ago and over time the frame on one of the doors shifted just enough to make one of the roller balls jump the track. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. I got a text with Service Technician Blake Adams photo and bio, so I knew who to expect. Blake did a thorough inspection, replaced one of the roller wheels, cleaned and greased the track, and also added bolt to fasten the plate tighter to the door frame. When he was through, there was no more squeak, and the roller wheel moved smoothly in the track. The top door panel wasn't bent or dinged at all, which was a relief. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Precision Garage Door of Fayetteville exceeded my expectations. I contacted them on Memorial Day expecting to only receive a quote, but they were actually able to fix the issue the very same day in only about 20 minutes. My husband was home during the service while I was at an appointment, but the technician, Nathan, still took the time to call and explain exactly what needed to be done. I was even able to conveniently pay over the phone. The entire experience was professional, fast, and stress-free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to install same day for a reasonable price. He efficiently installed a new belt drive garage door opener which is so quiet. He helped walk us through the outside key pad, indoor control pad, app, and home link for our two vehicles. Overall an excellent experience.

I called this morning to talk with Jessica (professional and friendly), and she was able to have a technician come out this afternoon. My technician Blake texted that he was on his way & included a picture of himself. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was a condition report done which included the outside of the garage door and all moving part of the garage door with the door opener. I was given three quotes, allowing me to choose the best option and affordability for our budget. I would use them again and refer them.

Our technician Teddy did a great job for us. We damaged our garage door and were afraid we would not have a closed garage door for weeks. He was able to get door open for us to remove car and to close it back. I called at 12:45 and he was at my house by 2:00. Very pleased with service.

- garage door tech (Blake Adams) arrived on time after providing a before arrival text with a employee bio and picture - Mr. Adams arrived with a friendly, but professional demeanor - asked what issues, concerns and expectations we had (broken garage door spring replacement needed) - provided a before and after assessment - explained the importance of garage door spring balance (door/motor stress) - provided cost options (single/dual spring replacement) - completed the spring replacement in a short, but NOT hurried time frame - after replacing the spring, Mr. Adams conducted multiple door balance checks and explained his actions as he completed his checks - upon completion, Mr. Adams provided an detailed invoice (with veteran discount) - Mr. Adams answered any remaining questions and provided a card for any future questions or issues we may have.

When he arrived, I gave him quick overview about my garage door's history and what led up to its current malfunction. The information Mike provided us enabled us to make a well-informed decision to move forward. We decided to purchase a new garage door. My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from the phone call, to the promptness and excellent work of the technician, Miller Henderson, to the payment process. Everyone was nice, courteous and polite - a pleasure to work with. When I called to ask for someone to come and evaluate my issues, I was surprised that they offered me a time the same day! It wasn't long before Miller called to say that he was just 10 minutes away and could come even before the appointment window that was set up, so I took him up on that.
