My technician, Tim McRae arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment, explained the process and was professional and knowledgeable. called at 07:30, tech was here at 08:30. Diagnosed failure with 2 year old door (builder issue), repaired, upgraded, then checked other two doors and found similar problem with rail connection. Upgraded other two doors to prevent similar issue in future, serviced all three doors (lube, reset limits, adjusted chain tension). Only charged for basic service call. Tech was professional, efficient and committed to seeing the job done "right".
