This is our second time using Precision Garage Door, and both have been exceptional, though we are yet complete with our second one. Seems we need a new door, for various reasons. Either way, both times Miller Henderson has been our tech, and is always prompt, polite, honest, and thorough. From scheduling to response, great service.

I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a phenomenal job assessing the issue and discussing 3 courses of actions. Bruce did an outstanding job with repairing my double garage door and serving my single garage door. I definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door! In addition, he gets A++ customer service. Thanks a bunch!

I found my garage door broken yesterday. I called and spoke to a nice lady who set me up with a appointment the very next day. The mechanic texted and then called me on his way. After Inspecting my garage door he gave me several options. He got right to work and completed the task quickly and then cleaned up before we settled the bill. I appreciate his wanting to a good job and keeping me informed along the process. I was impressed that he was a few minutes early to start with.

Had two garage doors installed in Wilmington. Great service, wonderful price for quality, and warranty and warranty follow up work.. Great quality work as well. So, I decided that my home in Grays Creek needs a new door and motor, there is no other option but precision garage doors

I recently had Precision perform service on my two car garage door. The technician was very professional, he arrived on time and was able to answer all my questions prior to the service. I purchased a new garage door opener; after the installation the technician explained overall operation and set up of the opener onto my MyQ network. I would recommend Precision garage door service to family and friends.
