The time spent waiting for doors to arrive was a misunderstanding on my part. I assumed the doors would arrive and be ready to install within three weeks. But it was more like six weeks. The doors arrived on 19 Aug 2026, and the installation was scheduled for the following day, the 20th. The installer, Josh, arrived at the appointed time after calling and texting to give me a heads-up that he was en route. Upon arrival, Josh was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process and said I could ask questions at any time. When completed, my wife and I were very pleased with the look and function of the doors. The house looks more modern, and the garage feels more comfortable on the inside. Thanks to all at Precision Garage Door, especially Joe, Kayla, and Josh. Nathaniel Wilson

We bought our home in 2015. We remodeled everything but we never got around to upgrading the garage door- it was working fine. Well one day it stopped working. The garage door was the original one when the house was built. Precision door was so easy to work with. The salesman arrived on time, we picked out our door and motor. He took measurements and our new door was installed less than 4 weeks later. We love our new garage door and are very happy with the entire crew from Precision Door.

Some of the best customer service I have ever had to work with. I ordered a set of doors and right away when we noticed something was wrong with them they worked non stop to make it right and made no excuses. I also took the time to shop around prices and by far for what you will receive they are the best priced garage doors in North Carolina.

What an outstanding group at Precision Garage Doors. From talking with Miller last year, and again when our garage door fell apart…a few days ago. To Josh and his crew for installing the new garage door…in less than a week after talking with Miller and deciding to purchase new garage door…thank to the business for having what we wanted in stock. Quick service…2 days from purchasing to installation. Again outstanding! If I hear of anyone needing garage doors…Precision will be who I recommend. Great job to all at Precision Garage Doors. Thanks you. Charles Schmidt
