Repairman Blake Adams arrived on schedule, was very polite, listened to my concerns and discussed what actions he would undertake to correct the situation. After corrections were made he opened and closed door several times testing and showing me that all was back to normal. Was very satisfied with the entire procedure.

My tech Teddy was very professional from the time he arrived on my property until he left. I told him my problem and he gave me a demonstration on what was going on with my door. He performed my work in the sweltering heat. Once my work was complete he did a thorough clean up. Definitely five stars for Teddy.

I informed the call center of my issue and the type of spring assembly I had on my garage door. The call center gave me a unofficial route and dispatched a repair technician. Upon the arrival of the technician, he quickly, literally a minute after walking in my garage informed me that they did not carry the spring assembly I was wanting prompting me to tell him that I only wanted what was matching to the other door. I was told that he would route their alternative which he stated before he even started the route process that it would run roughly 1100 dollars. I quickly told him no thank you and that I could have it done by a competitor in town much cheaper abd matching what I had. He still completed the route with the over 1000 dollar price. I paid 101 dollars for a qoute even after a minute being on site I was not interested. The technician advised me that this was a huge problem and that he had faced this many times before. The call center should not lead potential customers on which causes them to lose 101 dollars. I feel this is bad business and in a time of economic strain on the community, this is not right. Obviously a problem if the service tech tells me they are the victim of upset customers who saved the same as I did this morning.

- garage door tech (Blake Adams) arrived on time after providing a before arrival text with a employee bio and picture - Mr. Adams arrived with a friendly, but professional demeanor - asked what issues, concerns and expectations we had (broken garage door spring replacement needed) - provided a before and after assessment - explained the importance of garage door spring balance (door/motor stress) - provided cost options (single/dual spring replacement) - completed the spring replacement in a short, but NOT hurried time frame - after replacing the spring, Mr. Adams conducted multiple door balance checks and explained his actions as he completed his checks - upon completion, Mr. Adams provided an detailed invoice (with veteran discount) - Mr. Adams answered any remaining questions and provided a card for any future questions or issues we may have.

I used Precision last year when my sensors went out and they showed up right away. So yesterday evening when the cables on my door unraveled I knew who I was going to call. They came out early the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a price, and everything was totally done and good to go in less than 2 hours. Technician gave me a heads up call on the way out, was polite and knowledgeable about my questions. Definitely will call here again if I have any future issues.

My garage door motor quite working, called Precision at around 10:45AM, The receptionist gave us a window between 12PM and 4PM for a tech to arrive to look at the motor. Teddy Kress of the Fayetteville, NC, office called at 12:15 and said he would be at my home in 15 to 20 min, he arrived 30 min later Id what was wrong and gave me 5 options from repairing a 20 Plus year old motor to several replacements' options. I elected to replace the old motor and chain. which was a big upgrade to the old Sears motor. He was done by 2:45PM. Outstanding workmanship by Teddy, I would recommend him to anyone. This is my second dealings with Precision, first time was a door spring and now a motor. each time I was highly satisfied with them.
