I put in a service call 2+years after install (zero issues til now) Technician Brian was On Time, even contacted me because he was available earlier. Very professional, very thorough. Corrected some original install things that weren't to his standards. I highly recommended Precision Overhead, and glad that have an office in Fayetteville NC now.

This is the second time I used Precision and frankly, I won’t use anyone else ever again. Miller the technician called in advance and was here right in time. He was super professional and did a great job installing a new keypad. Great to see Precision hiring Military Veterans. Thank you for your service Miller. I have been a customer of yours for many years. Every technician is polite, professional, and well skilled. Today Bruce troubleshot a keypad and remote from our garage door that we have had issues with. He gave us several options to go with. Call for an appointment and scheduled for a morning appointment the following day. Mike the technician diagnosed and wrote up multiple options to fix our broken door and suggested fixes for our second door which hasn't worked for a few years. Everything was completed on the same day and was pleased with the results.

This was a dissatisfaction and disappointing experience when I talked with the Precision technician. The quote he gave me was astronomical expensive! I also felt I gave $101.00 to this company for nothing. I’m so upset with the company and my experience. I would not recommend this company because it is false quotes from on the phone company verses when the technician comes to your home. I feel I was ripped off financially. I should at least get half of my money back because of the company lying about pricing. If you have over thousands of dollars to pay then you will be Ok, but someone like me trying to get better pricing than this!

Outstanding service in a timely manner with a reasonable price! Technician Will showed up earlier than I was expecting, especially when they give you a four hour window, and addressed the issue. He told me what the problem was and addressed other shortcomings as well. Quoted the reasonable price and time frame and got to work! I would recommend Precision every time!

Patrick from Precision Garage Door Service was prompt, professional, courteous and quickly resolved my problem. He explained what caused the problem and recommended a replacement part. He then installed the new spring much quicker than I expected and made sure I was satisfied with the work. My older garage door stopped in open mode. I panicked trying to secure the door. I called Precision Garage Door to assist me resolving my issues. The appointment came within 15 hours of initial contact. From initial contact to complete repair. I truly am impressed with everyone I dealt with. Patrick Meadows was the assigned technician who arrived. He was extremely courteous, fast, and complete in resolving our door problem. I felt their products were reasonably priced and made very well. He took his time to insure all of our needs were met as he completed the repair. As a result of his professionalism, I will only call Precision Door Services for any future assistance. Thank you.
