First on Googles list and the service could be done today. Technician did a great job! The cost of the repairs was extremely high.

The good: The service was GREAT, technician was helpful, knowledgeable, punctual and able to answer every question I had + gave me advice on how to keep the garage door running smoothly. The not so good: Their phone system, it’s definitely AI, I kept seeing on the website that you get a real person talk to you but it definitely wasn’t the case. I asked over the phone how much to expect to pay and it told me it was half of what I ultimately was charged. Not the fault of the tech AT ALL but the system needs to be trained better so the customer doesn’t feel lied to.

Precision was on time and thoroughly evaluated my problem. He gave me instructions and advised me on future possible problems. I will call them when and if the need arises.

My wall unit is acting weird. It sometimes won't function. Then the garage door opened by itself without any of us opening it. I'm worried because what if the garage door open garage door open by itself and we're not home.. my daughter who is a borderline autistic stays home by herself while me and my wife is at work.. pls. Kindly check

Initial feeling was the tec trying to upscale rather than here to service my garage door. After a few minutes the tec offered up repair of rollers and door. I indicated that there was problems with the motor and chain. The tec said he was reacting to a visual inspection. After taking initial action the tec now came back and said the motor needed replacing. This was a new upgrade price. I said we are just doing step at time this looks like not giving me the whole picture but rather pick the system apart. Also when the work order was written it did not specify spell out what was done and what was given as a military discount. In general the work was done properly but the method of working with the customer did not make me happy. Any confusion plz call me.

The reason why I gave 3 stars was that he charged me for a new remote opener, and I could have brought a new one for less money. He charged me $65 for a new remote. I had 2 remotes already. I paid $65, and service cost. I feel that I was cheated out of extra money. I still recommend them, but I don't condone their high prices. The coupons are good, but they can be better. Thanks
