I’m very satisfied with my experience with the technician, Unique. He was very polite, understood my concern, and was able to address the concern by making adjustments needed. He completed all the work in minimal time and provided me with ample opportunity to inspect his work, ensuring I was satisfied with the fix before leaving.

I chose Precision because of a previous purchase. I now have 4 doors thqat they have installed and we are very happy with them. We have needed some small adjustments and they responded within just a few days and corrected the issues we had. I would highly recommend Precision Door if you are in the market for a new door or need to replace an old one.

Very respectable business. From the very beginning very professional and informative. The first installer did not meet expectations but called the company and let them know. The second installer was amazing! Apologized for the first guy and was very nice nd professional! Thank you for your hard work! I am pretty sure his name was Unique. He was extremely nice and worked fast and efficient.
