Hey, I'm Jon and I was born and raised in Sanford FL. I have a beautiful wife and an incredible set of twins (boy and girl). We moved to NC in May of 2021 and have loved every minute of being here. I worked as an EMT for 10 years prior to becoming a garage door tech. I love a good bourbon and spend time when I'm not with my wife or kids playing video games and watching horror movies.

I chose this company primarily because of their hours of operation. I was able to talk to someone by 8:30 in there noting and set an stent for survive within 24 hours. In fact, they arrived at my house about 2 hours earlier than expected. The gentleman that came assessed the problem, gave great answers to explain the why for everything. The job was completed within an hour. I feel confident that the solution I paid for along with the warranty will be followed up with the same great service should I have another issue.

My wall unit is acting weird. It sometimes won't function. Then the garage door opened by itself without any of us opening it. I'm worried because what if the garage door open garage door open by itself and we're not home.. my daughter who is a borderline autistic stays home by herself while me and my wife is at work.. pls. Quick response, appropriate notice on ETA. Jon Holbrook!! He was very professional, super informative, and didn’t mind us watching at all. Checked previous reviews. On first contact with agency office staff were professional, competent, and knowledgeable. Tech called and sent a text prior to arrival introducing himself as John and advised of his arrival time within 45minutes to an hour. John was promptly on time, assessed the issue to install new garage door keypad. Programmed the new keypad and was finished with the install in 10 minutes . Paid with my Visa Debit card and John instantly provided me with an E receipt. I would Highly recommend John and Precision Garage for any Garage door needs.

YES YES and YES! Very professional from me contacting scheduler till job completed… they worked around my schedule and in constant contact! Jon Holbrook was very prompt, courteous and very customer focused. Thanks Jon! Although I don’t think I will need to contact them any time soon for the great repair with current quality parts etc…. He did give me his card if anything new or reoccurring were to happen! When it’s time that I want a new garage door I will not hesitate to contact them again.
