Good afternoon, I always have great service with Precision Garage Door Services. I used them when I was in South Carolina with my other house. When I needed a garage door repairman, I looked for Precision. Both Gentlemen were very knowledgeable and skilled. They took their time to see if I had any questions and were satisfied with their work. If I need garage service again, I will call them. The work is worth the price.

Guys called ahead, showed up when they were supposed to. There was a small problem with the rails they did not have the correct new ones but I allowed them to use my old rails and two brackets so we did not have to wait for another day . They went right to work and were finished in about 1 -2 hours looks and works great. Jim F
