This is the second time we have needed Precision. They respond quickly. They answer the phone. Last night,Sunday night I called early evening and the technician was here this morning, Monday at 8:15. Great email and messaging communication to tell you who’s coming and when. I seriously wish they did more than garage doors or at least trained other companies how to be so customer oriented. Highly recommend. While an appointment was not available till the next morning, arrival was promptly on time and with a call ahead. The tech, Miller, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant walking through all options and pricing. Knowing a replacement of a 20 plus year failed opener was needed, work was quick, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely use again.

Greetings: I am truly a happy camper today!!! Thank you Precision Door Service for coming to my rescue to service my garage door. From the initial phone call of scheduling my service appointment with the customer service representative to meeting my service technician Mr. Will, both were courteous, professional and provided exceptional customer service. Mr. Will located the problem with my garage door and thoroughly provided a solution, he solved my garage door issue by replacing a new motor unit, rollers and key pad. Justin did a great job installing my new opener after lightning fried the other one. He gave me a lot of choices when it came to choosing a new opener and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. He was fast with the installation and left everything neat and tidy when the job was complete.

Very responsive in setting the appointment late on a Friday night. Appointment time confirmed Saturday and arrived as scheduled on a Sunday. Technician was very polite and communicated throughout his visit. Would absolutely recommend Percision to anyone.
