Quick response and repaired my broken spring in no time!

Fred Hamather

Called Precision late Monday morning, and within an hour had a text message from an assigned team that they would arrive within 35 minutes. They arrived on time, and immediately began troubleshooting to determine the reason the garage door would catch in 2 places as it was lowered. Within minutes they determined cause of the problem; made adjustments to the door; performed maintenance, and tested it to ensure it was working properly. Their professionalism and exceptional knowledge couldn’t have been more apparent. Most notable was the fact that they did not try to sell me something I didn’t need, and that was a HUGE plus in ny book. I will absolutely call on Precision again in the future for any of ny garage door needs!

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service regarding my inoperable garage door opener. The representative whom I spoke with ensured me that a technician would be arriving the same day, which at the time was about 2:56 pm. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Precision Garage Door Service informing me that Blake could not make the appointment because he was booked and assisting another customer, which was 100% ok with me. The following day, Nathan from Precision Garage Door Service arrived at home with the necessary equipment to complete the job. Nathan was very informative and very knowledgeable of his duties and responsibilities! Nathan ensured me that he provided the best service, which I am very pleased. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in garage door services and he displayed his experience. Mr. Anthony Woods, the supervisor followed up with a courtesy phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the service that Nathan provided. I informed Anthony that I was very satisfied with the service from Nathan. Ladies and gentlemen, if you want first class service from a competent garage doors company, please contact Precision Garage Door Service, you will not be disappointed.

Technician Nathan Jernigan came out to assess and repair my non-operational garage door opener. He was very professional and got right to work. Long story short he ended up having to replace the control board which he had on hand. Repair took an hour maybe all told. Keep this man employed! Great job Nathan!

Nathan advised me on updates available for my two garage doors. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Once we agreed on the project, he got to work and finished the job of installing two new Ultra-Quite Belt Drive Smart Openers. Nathan showed me how to program the Openers to my cars and key pads. I was very impressed with the level of service provided and the ability to interact with such a personable individual. I recommend that any home owner needing an upgrade or new garage door contact Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Fayetteville and ask for Nathan. Regards, Andy

Very good service. The tech was knowledgeable and corrected the problem quickly.

Tech arrived earlier than expected but waited while I drove from work. Already had the problem figured out by the time I got there. Only took 20 minutes to complete and he even fixed a couple of small problems like reattaching rubber strip on the bottom of garage door and replacing batteries in wall switch.

Justin Doyle
