Extremely fast service. I started the live chat around 9:30 on a Saturday morning, and Jon, the technician, was at our home by 1:30. Our issue was immediately addressed, and since we ended up getting a new garage door, everything was done to make our current door functional until the new door is installed. The price for a new door is very fair, and we highly recommend this company.

I chose this company primarily because of their hours of operation. I was able to talk to someone by 8:30 in there noting and set an stent for survive within 24 hours. In fact, they arrived at my house about 2 hours earlier than expected. The gentleman that came assessed the problem, gave great answers to explain the why for everything. The job was completed within an hour. I feel confident that the solution I paid for along with the warranty will be followed up with the same great service should I have another issue.

Parker called ahead to let us know that he was on the way. Arrived on time. Very professional, yet personable. Made his inspection and gave us several different options for repair/replacement procedures. We agreed on a proposal and the work was completed in a couple of hours.
