Extremely fast service. I started the live chat around 9:30 on a Saturday morning, and Jon, the technician, was at our home by 1:30. Our issue was immediately addressed, and since we ended up getting a new garage door, everything was done to make our current door functional until the new door is installed. The price for a new door is very fair, and we highly recommend this company.

I chose this company primarily because of their hours of operation. I was able to talk to someone by 8:30 in there noting and set an stent for survive within 24 hours. In fact, they arrived at my house about 2 hours earlier than expected. The gentleman that came assessed the problem, gave great answers to explain the why for everything. The job was completed within an hour. I feel confident that the solution I paid for along with the warranty will be followed up with the same great service should I have another issue.
