They suggested getting new doors so I went with that option because their price was alot better then what I searched for. They were very informative and told me everything they would do and I needed. From my very first phone call to Precision Garage Door Service I received excellent service. It started with Mr. Joe Douglas who came out to my residence and inspected my old garage door and advised me of what I needed. Mr. Douglas showed me the many option and styles of door that I could choose from. There was no pressure from him to use his company. However I chose them because of his presentation and how he explained everything to me of what I need. After agreeing to use them and Mr. Douglas placing my order I was updated weekly on the manufacturer of the door that my wife wanted. Scheduling the installation was extremely excellent The Technician Mr. Jonathan Holbrook arrived as scheduled and he explained the installation to me. Mr. Holbrook after the installation explained to me how to service the door and the Tension Spring to keep the door functioning. He also ensured that the door was fun properly prior to his departure I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service if you need a repair or replacement.

Called Precision late Monday morning, and within an hour had a text message from an assigned team that they would arrive within 35 minutes. They arrived on time, and immediately began troubleshooting to determine the reason the garage door would catch in 2 places as it was lowered. Within minutes they determined cause of the problem; made adjustments to the door; performed maintenance, and tested it to ensure it was working properly. Their professionalism and exceptional knowledge couldn’t have been more apparent. Most notable was the fact that they did not try to sell me something I didn’t need, and that was a HUGE plus in ny book. I will absolutely call on Precision again in the future for any of ny garage door needs!

This was an excellent experience from consultation to installation. Everyone has been professional, courteous, and has gone above and beyond to help me get my new doors installed. I feel like my business is appreciated, and anytime I called with a question or concern, I’ve been treated well. The installation was so quick! The doors look amazing. There was 1 issue of a dent in a panel, but the replacement was ordered immediately and we’re just waiting for that to come in. I’m so happy that I went with Precision. I had 4 estimates.
