called at 07:30, tech was here at 08:30. Diagnosed failure with 2 year old door (builder issue), repaired, upgraded, then checked other two doors and found similar problem with rail connection. Upgraded other two doors to prevent similar issue in future, serviced all three doors (lube, reset limits, adjusted chain tension). Only charged for basic service call. Tech was professional, efficient and committed to seeing the job done "right".

Outstanding service and repair of my garage door system. Same day appointment and quick response. Bruce Bohren was my technician and he offered multiple repair options with no pressure on up selling. He was very thorough in explaining what was broken or antiquated and best options to repair. He is a technical expert and was professional in his advice. Repairs were completed in less than 2 hours and my antiquated system is now modernized, quiet and guaranteed for 5 years. It was very easy to schedule online. Mike H. was very informative and gave us upfront quotes. He was very polite and friendly. He even called Chamberlain directly and talked to a tech when he couldn't reprogram our garage door. It was determined under warranty we needed a new circuit board. Once the part comes in we will have Mike come back and replace it. I highly recommend this company

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Teddy. He came earlier than scheduled (YAY), was very polite and got right to his assessment. I had problems with my cable staying on the pulley and chain sagging. He explained in detail all that was wrong with my door and offered some options of affordability. Also, was given estimates on future replacements and repairs for when I am ready to deal with an outdated system. I am so happy I can confidently open and close the door. My tech Teddy was very professional from the time he arrived on my property until he left. I told him my problem and he gave me a demonstration on what was going on with my door. He performed my work in the sweltering heat. Once my work was complete he did a thorough clean up. Definitely five stars for Teddy.

I informed the call center of my issue and the type of spring assembly I had on my garage door. The call center gave me a unofficial route and dispatched a repair technician. Upon the arrival of the technician, he quickly, literally a minute after walking in my garage informed me that they did not carry the spring assembly I was wanting prompting me to tell him that I only wanted what was matching to the other door. I was told that he would route their alternative which he stated before he even started the route process that it would run roughly 1100 dollars. I quickly told him no thank you and that I could have it done by a competitor in town much cheaper abd matching what I had. He still completed the route with the over 1000 dollar price. I paid 101 dollars for a qoute even after a minute being on site I was not interested. The technician advised me that this was a huge problem and that he had faced this many times before. The call center should not lead potential customers on which causes them to lose 101 dollars. I feel this is bad business and in a time of economic strain on the community, this is not right. Obviously a problem if the service tech tells me they are the victim of upset customers who saved the same as I did this morning.

Precision Garage Door of Fayetteville exceeded my expectations. I contacted them on Memorial Day expecting to only receive a quote, but they were actually able to fix the issue the very same day in only about 20 minutes. My husband was home during the service while I was at an appointment, but the technician, Nathan, still took the time to call and explain exactly what needed to be done. I was even able to conveniently pay over the phone. The entire experience was professional, fast, and stress-free. Our technician Teddy did a great job for us. We damaged our garage door and were afraid we would not have a closed garage door for weeks. He was able to get door open for us to remove car and to close it back. I called at 12:45 and he was at my house by 2:00. Very pleased with service.

- garage door tech (Blake Adams) arrived on time after providing a before arrival text with a employee bio and picture - Mr. Adams arrived with a friendly, but professional demeanor - asked what issues, concerns and expectations we had (broken garage door spring replacement needed) - provided a before and after assessment - explained the importance of garage door spring balance (door/motor stress) - provided cost options (single/dual spring replacement) - completed the spring replacement in a short, but NOT hurried time frame - after replacing the spring, Mr. Adams conducted multiple door balance checks and explained his actions as he completed his checks - upon completion, Mr. Adams provided an detailed invoice (with veteran discount) - Mr. Adams answered any remaining questions and provided a card for any future questions or issues we may have.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from the phone call, to the promptness and excellent work of the technician, Miller Henderson, to the payment process. Everyone was nice, courteous and polite - a pleasure to work with. When I called to ask for someone to come and evaluate my issues, I was surprised that they offered me a time the same day! It wasn't long before Miller called to say that he was just 10 minutes away and could come even before the appointment window that was set up, so I took him up on that. As he worked, it was very obvious just how well he knew his job by how quickly and smoothly it was done. He was extremely nice, explained everything well and was a pleasure to work with. Even paying was no hassle because they take all forms of payment. I would highly recommend the company for any garage door issues.
