Mike was super helpful; he thoroughly went over everything and gave multiple options of service, ranging in price and benefits. He was also in and out in like two hours, which was convenient, considering it took me the same amount of time to change one roller. Products also came with a warranty, which gives some peace of mind. Definitely will recommend!

My garage door motor quite working, called Precision at around 10:45AM, The receptionist gave us a window between 12PM and 4PM for a tech to arrive to look at the motor. Teddy Kress of the Fayetteville, NC, office called at 12:15 and said he would be at my home in 15 to 20 min, he arrived 30 min later Id what was wrong and gave me 5 options from repairing a 20 Plus year old motor to several replacements' options. I elected to replace the old motor and chain. which was a big upgrade to the old Sears motor. He was done by 2:45PM. Outstanding workmanship by Teddy, I would recommend him to anyone. This is my second dealings with Precision, first time was a door spring and now a motor. each time I was highly satisfied with them.
