It wasn't long before Miller called to say that he was just 10 minutes away and could come even before the appointment window that was set up, so I took him up on that. Precision Garage installed my new doors in 2023, was very pleased with the new and quiet doors. Last week one door just stopped working, easily booked an appointment and a friendly, courteous technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the the issue and replaced lift moter and surge protector. Because of the surge protector he observed it was still under warranty, saving us nearly $1000, we only owed the service call fee. Greatly appreciated the service of technician Nathan who also had great communication with his manager throughout the process. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for another great product, installation and quick service.
