I scheduled my appointment on their website site. Appointment was set for between 2 and 6 pm. Technicians name is Teddy. He called at around 1:20. Said he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived on time. I told him what I needed, he gave me three or four options with prices for each option. He explained each option very well and I chose the one that worked best for me. He replaced one motor and installed a new spring system with new rollers. He was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the entire experience. It was a little pricey but being good isn’t cheap and being cheap isn’t good. I feel I got good value for the money I spent. I would recommend this company and I would certainly recommend this technician.

Miller was awesome! I contacted Precision Garage Door about an issue I had with my garage door and they sent out a technician the next day. I did not expect such fast service. Miller solved the problem immediately and the issue was gone. This was not the first time we dealt with Precision Garage Door and will not be the last. If you have a garage door problem, do not hesitate to contact this company. Five Star Service all the way!!!

He identified my problem quickly and gave me several options for fixing the problem and improving my system. He completed the work quickly and was very friendly. I used Precision last year when my sensors went out and they showed up right away. So yesterday evening when the cables on my door unraveled I knew who I was going to call. They came out early the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a price, and everything was totally done and good to go in less than 2 hours. Technician gave me a heads up call on the way out, was polite and knowledgeable about my questions. Definitely will call here again if I have any future issues.

Very respectable business. From the very beginning very professional and informative. The first installer did not meet expectations but called the company and let them know. The second installer was amazing! Apologized for the first guy and was very nice nd professional! Thank you for your hard work! I am pretty sure his name was Unique. He was extremely nice and worked fast and efficient.
