I found Precision Garage Door Services through an online search. Based on their very high positive review rate on Google, I gave them a try to help with my garage issues. Booking online was extremely easy, with plenty of variety for appointment times. My technician, Mike H., arrived for the appointment promptly after notifying they were on the way and he completed his assessment and services in total less than two hours. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had the main spring on my garage door break and needed a quick repair. The work was performed extremely quickly. Price seemed a little high, but my need was met in an extremely timely manner. I put in a service call 2+years after install (zero issues til now) Technician Brian was On Time, even contacted me because he was available earlier. Very professional, very thorough. Corrected some original install things that weren't to his standards. I highly recommended Precision Overhead, and glad that have an office in Fayetteville NC now.

This is the second time I used Precision and frankly, I won’t use anyone else ever again. Miller the technician called in advance and was here right in time. He was super professional and did a great job installing a new keypad. Great to see Precision hiring Military Veterans. Thank you for your service Miller. Teddy did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. Very knowledgeable about his job and a very nice guy. The $150 charge to replace a bolt was kind of ridiculous, but that's the way things are these days.
