I could not be more pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Doors of Fayetteville. Teddy, my service technician, was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and he not only went above and beyond to provide excellent service and maintenance on my garage door, he noticed an issue with the springs, (which we had noticed as well), and offered a no-cost solution as an alternative to the repair that costs more. My garage door opener broke and instead of just selling me a new one the service technician took the time and showed me why it broke. He pointed out things that I haven't noticed myself that would have had me spending extra money more sooner than later on an old outdated door. He gave me options to repair it but it just wasn't worth wasting money on. He gave me 10 different options. So far I'm satisfied with the option we choose. To bad mine is a custom door and it had to be ordered.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Teddy. He came earlier than scheduled (YAY), was very polite and got right to his assessment. I had problems with my cable staying on the pulley and chain sagging. He explained in detail all that was wrong with my door and offered some options of affordability. Also, was given estimates on future replacements and repairs for when I am ready to deal with an outdated system. I am so happy I can confidently open and close the door.
