The technician sent a message telling us about who he is, what he does, a picture too. This is very nice to know who is coming out. Miller was very good, he identified what was the issue with our garage door right away. He gave us options about what he can do. He presented the cost and asked several times to make sure we understood. Thank you for your fast service and actually coming out when stated.

I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!

Great experience, great Customer Service. Made an appointment that morning. They were here properly that same day. Service tech was polite. Extremely knowledgeable complete professional. Not a pushy person. Trying to sell me things I did not need. Fix the problem. Identified other issues that would’ve caused problems later. I’m 100% satisfied the service and would truly recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Graham made contact prior the scheduled appointment time and actually arrived earlier than expected. He was cordial, well, uniformed in attire, and appeared happy to get to work! Mr. Graham listened to us regarding the issues; he explained in details what the possible causes were- AND options for repair. Mr. Graham presented us with the price of different choices; we chose -and he completed the work in good timing. We will request Will in the coming future as we are aware of the inevitable malfunctions that may come soon on other doors. Yes, Will was thoroughly informative; VERY PROFESSIONAL, and deserves all accolades on a job well done! Thank you!
