Precision was fast and professional. They got me scheduled for the next day 0800. The communication from the office and from the tech, Miller, was outstanding! Text messages to confirm appointment and when tech was dispatch, followed by phone call from Miller to confirm he was on his way. Outstanding service. The work was completed quickly and accurately. Cost was on the higher end but worth it. Highly recommend.

The technician sent a message telling us about who he is, what he does, a picture too. This is very nice to know who is coming out. Miller was very good, he identified what was the issue with our garage door right away. He gave us options about what he can do. I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!
