This was my second time using Precision Garage Door. The first time was last year on my home in Selma for spring repair which was done very timely and professionally. This time Bruce Bohren came out initially to my sister’s home in Smithfield and was very professional and looked over the issue with the door. He represented the company very well and was very friendly and explained exactly what I needed. The next day Jon the installer came out and again he was very professional and friendly and did an excellent install of a door, motor, molding, door sensors and I was literally floored at how everything turned out, my sisters house looked as if it had a makeover. Nothing but praise for this company.

I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a phenomenal job assessing the issue and discussing 3 courses of actions. Bruce did an outstanding job with repairing my double garage door and serving my single garage door. I definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door! In addition, he gets A++ customer service. I recently had Precision perform service on my two car garage door. The technician was very professional, he arrived on time and was able to answer all my questions prior to the service. I purchased a new garage door opener; after the installation the technician explained overall operation and set up of the opener onto my MyQ network.
