Bruce was fast and efficient. To me he is a keeper. On the scale of 1-10, he got 12 Kool Points. Price wish, I think it was on the high end even with the 10% military discount however, don't think he controls cost. Hopefull it'll be some time before the spring(s) on the other door break/ go bad...not an "IF",rather "WHEN" itt will happen. That being said, I'd use Precision again, hopefully Bruce.
