My garage door is 10 years old, I called because I could not open the door manually without a lot of effort, it was also making a binding noise when opening. Andy Maynard came out and checked the door operation, he found several things that were not up to code and why I was having trouble. One of the main problems was the door had only 1 spring, it needed to be 2 springs because of my door size. He gave me several options of what I could do to make the door operate properly. He made all the changes I selected and now the door works great. Andy explained everything to me and he is very good at what he does. After he made the changes the door works perfectly and I can open it manually with one hand. If you have garage door issues, call Precision Door, I promise they will fix any problems you have. Thanks Andy you are the best.

These guys were great. My old door was hanging up and wouldn't open. From the sales guy who came out and took measurements and showed me plenty of options to the guy who installed my new door and opener, they were all great guys. I would recommend these guys with pleasure. If you need a new garage door don't hesitate to give these guys a call. I couldn't even buy a new door from anywhere and get it before January. These guys got it and installed it in half the time it would have taken me to buy one and install it myself.
