I am very pleased with the service received today regarding my garage door. The young man was very prompt, professional and courteous. He checked all of my remotes and explained in detail the service rendered to my garage door which involved replacing a wire which had somehow been broken or cut from wear and tear. I give you a 5 star rating, and will certainly use your business again if necessary.

Bruce was fast and efficient. To me he is a keeper. On the scale of 1-10, he got 12 Kool Points. Price wish, I think it was on the high end even with the 10% military discount however, don't think he controls cost. Hopefull it'll be some time before the spring(s) on the other door break/ go bad...not an "IF",rather "WHEN" itt will happen. That being said, I'd use Precision again, hopefully Bruce. My technician was Bruce, he came and inspected my garage doors and then told me exactly what the problem was. He said, I can save you some money by telling you what you can do to correct the problem yourself. And I like to save a dollar especially in times like we are in today. He said install the wall mount switch that came with your new motor and the light bulb is most likely blown. He charged me a service charge and that was it. He did go in a little more depth about things concerning the opener which educated me for future events. I did what he said and it all worked fine. I felt like a real dummy after that. But, I got what I wanted. LOL!
