This survey regards Precision Garage Door Service of "Goldsboro." I live in Southern Pines, NC. No matter, here goes: First off, I have no idea about the amount I paid. I mean, who in the general public is competent to judge garage door repair service charges? That said, 5 x 3 stars for responsiveness. The company sent the repair guy almost immediately; and it was right up against 4th of July time at that. The technician was Mike Hazell. Since his first name is the same as mine, I figured he'd do a good job. He did, as far as I can tell. And he did it chop-chop -- within about an hour, I think. I gave him a cold diet Dr. Pepper and encouraged him to stand in front of the garage fan. After all, it was bumping a hundred degrees. And here's the thing, I am a certified car nut and have two nice buggies in my garage; and they were worthless to me before Mike came. That's because the garage door was stuck! Wouldn't go up, wouldn't go down. So there was no way I could use the things inside. Mike made all those problems get away -- 10 more stars!

I called this morning to talk with Jessica (professional and friendly), and she was able to have a technician come out this afternoon. My technician Blake texted that he was on his way & included a picture of himself. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was a condition report done which included the outside of the garage door and all moving part of the garage door with the door opener. I was given three quotes, allowing me to choose the best option and affordability for our budget. I would use them again and refer them.

Our technician, Mike, was most helpful. It was early afternoon and I was coming in from outside, when I heard a loud noise. Living in Southern Pines, at first I thought it was live fire rounds coming from Ft. Bragg, but knowing the sound was too near to be artillery I realized it must of come from the garage. And sure enough, the garage door opener springs had snapped. Fortunately, I had Precision Doors contact information posted in the garage, so I gave them a call and within 30 minutes Mike was in the garage assessing the situation. And 2 hours after the incident the garage door springs and all the other worn parts were replaced, and the garage door was opening and closing perfectly. I appreciate their prompt service, but more than that, I appreciate Mike's concern and passion to do quality work. He also does an excellent job communicating clearly what the repair options are and their cost. Thank you Mike Hazel

YES YES and YES! Very professional from me contacting scheduler till job completed… they worked around my schedule and in constant contact!
