I had a wonderful experience from initial contact with the scheduling representative to completion of my garage door repair. The technician, named Drew contacted me to say he was enroute to my property. He arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He did an inspection to assess the problem. We highly recommend Precision. It was easy to book an appointment. We appreciated the text introduction to the person that would be coming to our home. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to install same day for a reasonable price. He efficiently installed a new belt drive garage door opener which is so quiet. He helped walk us through the outside key pad, indoor control pad, app, and home link for our two vehicles. Overall an excellent experience.
