We highly recommend Precision. It was easy to book an appointment. We appreciated the text introduction to the person that would be coming to our home. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to install same day for a reasonable price. He efficiently installed a new belt drive garage door opener which is so quiet. He helped walk us through the outside key pad, indoor control pad, app, and home link for our two vehicles. Overall an excellent experience.

They came out same day for a broken spring and cable. The technician was super polite and helpful he explained everything to me and walked me through what it needed and the different options they offered to repair my garage door. They were a more expensive than expected but he worked with me and was able to get everything fixed super quick! Would recommend!
