Very responsive. I like you can schedule online. Mike, the technician, was very helpful explaining the issues and fixing the problem. Replaced rollers on all three garage doors and they are so quiet now. Wonderful communication regarding appointment time. I will be including them in my contacts for any future repairs.

It was early afternoon and I was coming in from outside, when I heard a loud noise. Living in Southern Pines, at first I thought it was live fire rounds coming from Ft. Bragg, but knowing the sound was too near to be artillery I realized it must of come from the garage. And sure enough, the garage door opener springs had snapped. Fortunately, I had Precision Doors contact information posted in the garage, so I gave them a call and within 30 minutes Mike was in the garage assessing the situation. And 2 hours after the incident the garage door springs and all the other worn parts were replaced, and the garage door was opening and closing perfectly. I appreciate their prompt service, but more than that, I appreciate Mike's concern and passion to do quality work. He also does an excellent job communicating clearly what the repair options are and their cost. Thank you Mike Hazel

I chose Precision because of a previous purchase. I now have 4 doors thqat they have installed and we are very happy with them. We have needed some small adjustments and they responded within just a few days and corrected the issues we had. I would highly recommend Precision Door if you are in the market for a new door or need to replace an old one.

I had a wonderful experience from initial contact with the scheduling representative to completion of my garage door repair. The technician, named Drew contacted me to say he was enroute to my property. He arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He did an inspection to assess the problem. Very responsive in setting the appointment late on a Friday night. Appointment time confirmed Saturday and arrived as scheduled on a Sunday. Technician was very polite and communicated throughout his visit. Would absolutely recommend Percision to anyone.

This is the second time we have needed Precision. They respond quickly. They answer the phone. Last night,Sunday night I called early evening and the technician was here this morning, Monday at 8:15. Great email and messaging communication to tell you who’s coming and when. I seriously wish they did more than garage doors or at least trained other companies how to be so customer oriented. Highly recommend. While an appointment was not available till the next morning, arrival was promptly on time and with a call ahead. The tech, Miller, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant walking through all options and pricing. Knowing a replacement of a 20 plus year failed opener was needed, work was quick, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely use again.

I waited on two other companies that we had been using for years 8 days. I found Precision on the internet and called about 9:30 am and the receptionist told me there would be someone at my location 50 miles away at 2:00 pm. He arrived at 2:03 pm. Enough said.
