Nathan advised me on updates available for my two garage doors. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Once we agreed on the project, he got to work and finished the job of installing two new Ultra-Quite Belt Drive Smart Openers. Nathan showed me how to program the Openers to my cars and key pads. I was very impressed with the level of service provided and the ability to interact with such a personable individual. This survey regards Precision Garage Door Service of "Goldsboro." I live in Southern Pines, NC. No matter, here goes: First off, I have no idea about the amount I paid. I mean, who in the general public is competent to judge garage door repair service charges? That said, 5 x 3 stars for responsiveness. The company sent the repair guy almost immediately; and it was right up against 4th of July time at that. The technician was Mike Hazell. Since his first name is the same as mine, I figured he'd do a good job. He did, as far as I can tell. And he did it chop-chop -- within about an hour, I think. I gave him a cold diet Dr. Pepper and encouraged him to stand in front of the garage fan. After all, it was bumping a hundred degrees. And here's the thing, I am a certified car nut and have two nice buggies in my garage; and they were worthless to me before Mike came. That's because the garage door was stuck! Wouldn't go up, wouldn't go down. So there was no way I could use the things inside. Mike made all those problems get away -- 10 more stars!

Would have given 5 stars if the service tech showed up as scheduled. We wasted an afternoon waiting only to find out late in the day that he couldn't come until the next morning. Other than that everything was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. The service tech was very nice and was apologetic for the day late arrival.

My new garage doors were installed 3 yrs ago and over time the frame on one of the doors shifted just enough to make one of the roller balls jump the track. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. I got a text with Service Technician Blake Adams photo and bio, so I knew who to expect. Blake did a thorough inspection, replaced one of the roller wheels, cleaned and greased the track, and also added bolt to fasten the plate tighter to the door frame. When he was through, there was no more squeak, and the roller wheel moved smoothly in the track. The top door panel wasn't bent or dinged at all, which was a relief. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I called this morning to talk with Jessica (professional and friendly), and she was able to have a technician come out this afternoon. My technician Blake texted that he was on his way & included a picture of himself. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was a condition report done which included the outside of the garage door and all moving part of the garage door with the door opener. I was given three quotes, allowing me to choose the best option and affordability for our budget. I would use them again and refer them.
