All expectations were met. The technician (Mr.Henderson) .arrived on schedule and did an excellent job. Mr. Henderson was very kind and really nice. He explained everything he did and showed me how to work the new system. He went over all the details and made sure I understand everything. This is the second time I used Precision and frankly, I won’t use anyone else ever again. Miller the technician called in advance and was here right in time. He was super professional and did a great job installing a new keypad. Great to see Precision hiring Military Veterans. Thank you for your service Miller. Highly recommend. While an appointment was not available till the next morning, arrival was promptly on time and with a call ahead. The tech, Miller, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant walking through all options and pricing. Knowing a replacement of a 20 plus year failed opener was needed, work was quick, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely use again.
