You fixed the problem at the time and in a timely manner but after finding out that one of our friends had the same problem recently and it cost them half the price it made me think we were over charged. We will not be getting you to replace the door spring again but thanks for your help this time.

We chose Precision Garage Service from Google search and reviews. We called the office for a appointment and we were given a same day appointment. Before the technician' arrived we sent a picture and information about him. The technician. Mr Miller was very courteous and professional. After the repairs he discussed what was wrong and what he did to repair the issue. He answered any questions we had. The pricing was reasonable and repair was done efficiently. We were very pleased with Mr. Miller and Precision Garage service and would definitely use there service again.

Anthony (garage tech) was friendly, professional, and exceptional with his timeliness! It made my day much easier with my tight work schedule. When he arrived, my garage pulled a possum and started working perfectly! Instead of just leaving, Anthony took the time to discuss the issue and test the doors for multiple possible areas of concern, and provided his contact info incase it began acting up in the future. Truly appreciate the experience for something that could have been very frustrating.
