Miller & John are great representatives for the company. Both on time, friendly and so professional. Let me repeat: so professional. Both made me feel very comfortable that I made the right choice in hiring Precision. John did the actual install and I honestly believe that he really strikes me as a person that wants his work to speak for itself. He truly went above and beyond. This job was a quick turn around from estimate to install and Precision made it happen. I am so happy with my new door and not just because I dont have to open the garage manually anymore.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from the phone call, to the promptness and excellent work of the technician, Miller Henderson, to the payment process. Everyone was nice, courteous and polite - a pleasure to work with. When I called to ask for someone to come and evaluate my issues, I was surprised that they offered me a time the same day! It wasn't long before Miller called to say that he was just 10 minutes away and could come even before the appointment window that was set up, so I took him up on that. As he worked, it was very obvious just how well he knew his job by how quickly and smoothly it was done. He was extremely nice, explained everything well and was a pleasure to work with. Even paying was no hassle because they take all forms of payment. I would highly recommend the company for any garage door issues. Thanks, guys, for making it a painless way to have my problem resolved.

I was provided a photo and short bio of the technician prior to his on-time arrival. Miller was courteous and answered all my questions. He also explained what needed to be repaired and why. He did an excellent job repairing the garage door which is now much smoother and quieter. I highly recommend them.

Text messages to confirm appointment and when tech was dispatch, followed by phone call from Miller to confirm he was on his way. Outstanding service. The work was completed quickly and accurately. Cost was on the higher end but worth it. Highly recommend.
