Precision Garage Door of Fayetteville exceeded my expectations. I contacted them on Memorial Day expecting to only receive a quote, but they were actually able to fix the issue the very same day in only about 20 minutes. My husband was home during the service while I was at an appointment, but the technician, Nathan, still took the time to call and explain exactly what needed to be done. I was even able to conveniently pay over the phone. The entire experience was professional, fast, and stress-free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

We had both garage doors tuned up and the rails and cables replaced. Will, our serviceman, was very polite and professional. He was patient and knowledgeable with our questions. Will took his time and explained what needed to be done and why. He had to order a part and return the following day. We were very impressed with his punctuality.
