I could not be more pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Doors of Fayetteville. Teddy, my service technician, was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and he not only went above and beyond to provide excellent service and maintenance on my garage door, he noticed an issue with the springs, (which we had noticed as well), and offered a no-cost solution as an alternative to the repair that costs more. In this day and age, it's rare to find a company that is so honest. I will use them for all of my garage door needs!

Extremely quick response to servicing our garage. Mike was here in less than 18 hours from our call to fix our garage door. He was super knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand.
