I contacted Precision Garage Door Service regarding my inoperable garage door opener. The representative whom I spoke with ensured me that a technician would be arriving the same day, which at the time was about 2:56 pm. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Precision Garage Door Service informing me that Blake could not make the appointment because he was booked and assisting another customer, which was 100% ok with me. The following day, Nathan from Precision Garage Door Service arrived at home with the necessary equipment to complete the job. Nathan was very informative and very knowledgeable of his duties and responsibilities! Nathan ensured me that he provided the best service, which I am very pleased. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in garage door services and he displayed his experience. Mr. Anthony Woods, the supervisor followed up with a courtesy phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the service that Nathan provided. I informed Anthony that I was very satisfied with the service from Nathan. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Doors of Fayetteville. Teddy, my service technician, was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and he not only went above and beyond to provide excellent service and maintenance on my garage door, he noticed an issue with the springs, (which we had noticed as well), and offered a no-cost solution as an alternative to the repair that costs more. In this day and age, it's rare to find a company that is so honest. I will use them for all of my garage door needs!
