Was very pleased with our tech Will. He was very professional and answered every question we had regarding our garage door. He was honest and gave us all the available options, and although repairing it was less expensive he was able to do so and saved us thousands on having to get a new door. Our tech arrived on time and was both courteous and professional. He listened to our concerns, checked our door, and offered the most appropriate solution for our needs. His expertise was evident as he replaced all the parts that were no longer working properly, doing so in an efficient manner. Upon completing yhe work, he walked us through all the new features, making sure everything was working properly and that we were happy with his work. Top notch technician!

I forgot the name of the person who answered when I called your office but she was very professional and knowledgeable. Greg, the technician called me before the appointment and arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated time. Greg serviced my two garage doors and pointed out a couple of items I will need to address in the future. Garage doors are only 3-1/2 years old but maintenance is important in my view. I am comfortable knowing the maintenance has been performed and will call in the future when it's time to upgrade a few things.
