He showed up on time after alerting me he was on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then explained to me what he did. I politely declined some add on maintenance that he offered. Overall, his demeanor and behavior was friendly and professional. I’ll make sure to call again if I have any problems.
