Prompt and professional but don’t offer a lot of options and are pricey

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience. We are sorry if you were not provided with at least 3 options. After an inspection of the door is completed, our technicians are supposed to offer you "good, better, best" options. We have spoken to Tim about skipping this step and it will not happen again. We offer the 3 options so customers have the choice to do what is best for their financial situation and door needs. We appreciate you choosing Precision and we are sorry we dropped the ball on providing you the 5 star experience we strive for.
I was grateful that the problem was able to be solved within the same day that I called. Unfortunately, the pricing of the service was very misleading from the inquiry of the initial cost to the completition of he service. I was told one price for what I wanted, but was billed way beyond what I was prepared to pay. Glad I did not make out my check ahead of time. There was a strong misunderstanding based on how I received the information told to me. The tech apologized for not being clearer in his explanation. Leaving out words is not the way to do business.

Thank you for calling and allowing us to service your garage door. We are sorry to hear there was a miscommunication between the base price per spring that the call center provided and what the technician quoted you for the repairs. The technician is required to do a 25 point inspection on your garage door and explain any issues that might be going on including the one you originally called for. We only perform work that has been approved by the home owner. He recommended other components of your door be replaced along with the springs. Since there were more parts, the price would be higher. The repair quote that you approved was for two springs, two end bearing plates, two drums, one bracket, one tube, cables, a tune up on the door and a warranty.
