You fixed the problem at the time and in a timely manner but after finding out that one of our friends had the same problem recently and it cost them half the price it made me think we were over charged. We will not be getting you to replace the door spring again but thanks for your help this time.

My garage door, after the tech, supposinly had completed the repairs, kept imposing that the existing problem was from previous repairs, (Garage door kept opening after remotely trying to close). Other areas that by company policies, he was not able to engage. Please see invoice. Why did I have to pay, knowing that the remains when attempting to close. This nodoubt is a unsafe practice. Not happy. Have to hire another Garage door company to follow up, causing more expenses.

Our team returned for a second visit to take another look and determined that the remaining issue is related to damage to the top section of the door. We explained that resolving this issue would require replacing the damaged section. Since we do not carry replacement sections for this type of door, the option we could provide would be a new door. We understand this wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Used in the past before covid and were very reasonable prices now prices are insane ! My fault for not doing research before the repair but needed the door fixed in a hurry. $95 diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong with the garage door just the cables were broken tech talked me into replacing the torsion springs . Door squeaks more ! But next time I will definitely will check with other places. Charged $324 for 1 spring lesson learned. Do not recommend! Talked me into adding a second spring even though the door has been working on 1 spring since the house was built in 2001

Garage door was able to get fixed at a premium cost which is to be expected. However, having to buy a new $300 tire because the technician left screws around and a drill bit was not expected. Not happy about that at all. Ensure your employees are cleaning and double checking their area after a job.

They were professional, and showed up when they were supposed to. However, they wanted over two times the price for the work I needed done. When I went to cancel the order to go with a cheaper competitor, they offered to lower the price. Felt like they should have done that from the get-go and not just to pull me back from a competitor
Thank you for sharing your experience on the service you received. Our technicians are trained to do a 25 point inspection on the door and then offer you a good, better, best quote. For your quotes, the difference in the better and best quotes were parts and a longer warranty. We of course always want to work with our customers, but sometimes we can't offer the same prices as a competitor, especially if they don't offer you the same quality parts as we have. Our prices are going to be slightly higher because our parts are high cycle/long life parts compared to our competitors. We do offer to price match when applicable, to work with the customer's budget, but the quality of the parts have to be as comparable as possible. Please know we are here to help anytime we can if you should need us in the future.

Prompt and professional but don’t offer a lot of options and are pricey

After an inspection of the door is completed, our technicians are supposed to offer you "good, better, best" options. We have spoken to Tim about skipping this step and it will not happen again. We offer the 3 options so customers have the choice to do what is best for their financial situation and door needs. Cost over $250 to align the light sensor on my garage door. That took about 1 minute. Way too expensive! They did arrive though on time though.

I was grateful that the problem was able to be solved within the same day that I called. Unfortunately, the pricing of the service was very misleading from the inquiry of the initial cost to the completition of he service. I was told one price for what I wanted, but was billed way beyond what I was prepared to pay. Glad I did not make out my check ahead of time. There was a strong misunderstanding based on how I received the information told to me. The tech apologized for not being clearer in his explanation. Leaving out words is not the way to do business.

We are sorry to hear there was a miscommunication between the base price per spring that the call center provided and what the technician quoted you for the repairs. The technician is required to do a 25 point inspection on your garage door and explain any issues that might be going on including the one you originally called for. We only perform work that has been approved by the home owner. He recommended other components of your door be replaced along with the springs. Since there were more parts, the price would be higher. The repair quote that you approved was for two springs, two end bearing plates, two drums, one bracket, one tube, cables, a tune up on the door and a warranty.
