When the spring on our garage door broke, Precision came to the rescue. I as able to have someone come on the same day. Tim, the technician really knew his stuff! He showed us the reason why the spring broke on our fairly new garage door and gave us some pointers on how to maintain the unit. We will definitely use Precision again.
