The technician, named Drew contacted me to say he was enroute to my property. He arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He did an inspection to assess the problem. Miller was awesome! I contacted Precision Garage Door about an issue I had with my garage door and they sent out a technician the next day. I did not expect such fast service. Miller solved the problem immediately and the issue was gone. This was not the first time we dealt with Precision Garage Door and will not be the last. I called Precision to replace my 18 year old door opener, and they a technician at my home within 45 minutes of my call. Our technician, Drew, was professional and quickly had us a new opener up and running. I highly recommend Precision and Drew!

Greg did an excellent job replacing my garage door opener. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. The installation and maintenance went well and didn’t take long at all. Greg showed me the differences between the old and new opener and how to operate the emergency release and how to put the rail system back together.

Andy came out to service my garage door and he was on time. Andy has a great personality by the way. His experience was reassuring. He assessed my problem and after what I thought was a very thorough inspection he told me the problems I was having with the door and gave me a quote for the repair. I accepted the quote and he gave me a time frame and then finished before the time. I’m very pleased with the job. Andy is very thorough and appreciated.

I used Precision last year when my sensors went out and they showed up right away. So yesterday evening when the cables on my door unraveled I knew who I was going to call. They came out early the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a price, and everything was totally done and good to go in less than 2 hours. Technician gave me a heads up call on the way out, was polite and knowledgeable about my questions. Definitely will call here again if I have any future issues.

Very responsive in setting the appointment late on a Friday night. Appointment time confirmed Saturday and arrived as scheduled on a Sunday. Technician was very polite and communicated throughout his visit. Would absolutely recommend Percision to anyone.
