My garage door is 10 years old, I called because I could not open the door manually without a lot of effort, it was also making a binding noise when opening. Andy Maynard came out and checked the door operation, he found several things that were not up to code and why I was having trouble. One of the main problems was the door had only 1 spring, it needed to be 2 springs because of my door size. He gave me several options of what I could do to make the door operate properly. He made all the changes I selected and now the door works great. Andy explained everything to me and he is very good at what he does. After he made the changes the door works perfectly and I can open it manually with one hand. If you have garage door issues, call Precision Door, I promise they will fix any problems you have. This was my second time using Precision Garage Door. The first time was last year on my home in Selma for spring repair which was done very timely and professionally. This time Bruce Bohren came out initially to my sister’s home in Smithfield and was very professional and looked over the issue with the door. He represented the company very well and was very friendly and explained exactly what I needed. The next day Jon the installer came out and again he was very professional and friendly and did an excellent install of a door, motor, molding, door sensors and I was literally floored at how everything turned out, my sisters house looked as if it had a makeover. Nothing but praise for this company.

I have been very impressed by Precision Garage Door. They totally live up to their commercial and more. When I called, I spoke to Angela who was friendly and quickly booked me a same day appointment. I received a text with the name and a photo of the assigned technician. Bruce called to let me know he was 39 minutes out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and efficiently. He did a phenomenal job assessing the issue and discussing 3 courses of actions. I found my garage door broken yesterday. I called and spoke to a nice lady who set me up with a appointment the very next day. The mechanic texted and then called me on his way. After Inspecting my garage door he gave me several options. He got right to work and completed the task quickly and then cleaned up before we settled the bill. I appreciate his wanting to a good job and keeping me informed along the process. I was impressed that he was a few minutes early to start with.
