Extremely quick response to servicing our garage. Mike was here in less than 18 hours from our call to fix our garage door. He was super knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. He was so kind to our toddler who was excited to see a “fixing guy” here. You could also tell he was truly passionate about his work! Super grateful for Mike and how quick we were able to be seen!

Aaron Bean from Precision came out to my house to deal with a problem with my garage door opener. He showed up on time after alerting me he was on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then explained to me what he did. I politely declined some add on maintenance that he offered. Overall, his demeanor and behavior was friendly and professional. I’ll make sure to call again if I have any problems.
