This is the second time we have needed Precision. They respond quickly. They answer the phone. Last night,Sunday night I called early evening and the technician was here this morning, Monday at 8:15. Great email and messaging communication to tell you who’s coming and when. I seriously wish they did more than garage doors or at least trained other companies how to be so customer oriented. The technician sent a message telling us about who he is, what he does, a picture too. This is very nice to know who is coming out. Miller was very good, he identified what was the issue with our garage door right away. He gave us options about what he can do. He presented the cost and asked several times to make sure we understood. Thank you for your fast service and actually coming out when stated.
