I am very pleased with the service received today regarding my garage door. The young man was very prompt, professional and courteous. He checked all of my remotes and explained in detail the service rendered to my garage door which involved replacing a wire which had somehow been broken or cut from wear and tear. Bruce was fast and efficient. To me he is a keeper. On the scale of 1-10, he got 12 Kool Points. Price wish, I think it was on the high end even with the 10% military discount however, don't think he controls cost. Hopefull it'll be some time before the spring(s) on the other door break/ go bad...not an "IF",rather "WHEN" itt will happen. That being said, I'd use Precision again, hopefully Bruce. Thanks snd Be Blessed!!!

Excellent service from these guys whenever they are needed. Had a cable/bracket failure on my high lift double door and they were quick to come out, evaluate, get the door secured and then set up a return to finish the repair. Will continue to use them for any garage door needs.

I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!
