The representative whom I spoke with ensured me that a technician would be arriving the same day, which at the time was about 2:56 pm. Technician Nathan Jernigan came out to assess and repair my non-operational garage door opener. He was very professional and got right to work. Long story short he ended up having to replace the control board which he had on hand. Repair took an hour maybe all told. Keep this man employed! Great job Nathan!

What a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service! I woke up to a broken garage door spring and a vehicle being held hostage in our garage because of it! I'd seen several advertisements on TV and decided to give them a shot. I must say... it was absolutely the right decision. I made contact with them just before 11am and the tech (Mike Hazell) was here by 12:30pm. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making an informed decision about how best to repair our garage door. The repair was completed in no time and I was back in business.
