What a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service! I woke up to a broken garage door spring and a vehicle being held hostage in our garage because of it! I'd seen several advertisements on TV and decided to give them a shot. I must say... it was absolutely the right decision. I made contact with them just before 11am and the tech (Mike Hazell) was here by 12:30pm. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making an informed decision about how best to repair our garage door. The repair was completed in no time and I was back in business. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for repair or service of their garage door. Five stars all the way.

I had a good experience with Precision Door from my consultation to the installation. The only issue I had was during installation the door had to be adjusted and the locking mechanism was not available and had to be installed on another day. The installer and salesperson were great. Today is completed in its entirety and I’m very happy with the results. My installer Jonathan was the best because he was very personable, accommodating, patient respectful and very knowledgeable about his work and his pride in his work was outstanding. The quality of work provided at Precision Doors is second to none. I recommend them for all of your door needs.

Garage door had issues on Sunday afternoon. I went online Monday and was able to make an appointment for same day. Bruce arrived around 12:30ish, immediately saw the issue, gave us 3 repair options while also educating us on some things. We selected our desired option and he had the door fix by 1:20 at a reasonable price. Bruce is definitely an asset to your company. Professional, knowledgeable and kind to the customer. This was my second time using Precision Garage Door. The first time was last year on my home in Selma for spring repair which was done very timely and professionally. This time Bruce Bohren came out initially to my sister’s home in Smithfield and was very professional and looked over the issue with the door. He represented the company very well and was very friendly and explained exactly what I needed. The next day Jon the installer came out and again he was very professional and friendly and did an excellent install of a door, motor, molding, door sensors and I was literally floored at how everything turned out, my sisters house looked as if it had a makeover. Nothing but praise for this company.
