This was my second time using Precision Garage Door. The first time was last year on my home in Selma for spring repair which was done very timely and professionally. This time Bruce Bohren came out initially to my sister’s home in Smithfield and was very professional and looked over the issue with the door. He represented the company very well and was very friendly and explained exactly what I needed. The next day Jon the installer came out and again he was very professional and friendly and did an excellent install of a door, motor, molding, door sensors and I was literally floored at how everything turned out, my sisters house looked as if it had a makeover. Nothing but praise for this company.

Plus, didn’t roll his eyes even once at my lame jokes. I have no complaints. Might just roll that door up and down a few more times today, just ‘cuz. He assessed my problem and after what I thought was a very thorough inspection he told me the problems I was having with the door and gave me a quote for the repair.
