Fabulous customer service!! Called at 7am and Richard was here by 2pm. Fixed and replaced parts in under 1 hr and was awesome. Offered several options but didn’t try to oversell anything. Was honest and upfront. Highly recommend!!

Richard McCann is the technician who arrived on time to inspect our garage door. He is undoubtedly very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed oriented. He walked us through the problems with the existing garage door opener and proposed a couple of solutions. I recommend Precision Door Service without any reservations.
