This is the second time I used Precision and frankly, I won’t use anyone else ever again. Miller the technician called in advance and was here right in time. He was super professional and did a great job installing a new keypad. Great to see Precision hiring Military Veterans. Thank you for your service Miller. Teddy did a great job identifying and fixing the problem. Very knowledgeable about his job and a very nice guy. The $150 charge to replace a bolt was kind of ridiculous, but that's the way things are these days.

Call for an appointment and scheduled for a morning appointment the following day. Mike the technician diagnosed and wrote up multiple options to fix our broken door and suggested fixes for our second door which hasn't worked for a few years. Everything was completed on the same day and was pleased with the results.

This was a dissatisfaction and disappointing experience when I talked with the Precision technician. The quote he gave me was astronomical expensive! I also felt I gave $101.00 to this company for nothing. I’m so upset with the company and my experience. I would not recommend this company because it is false quotes from on the phone company verses when the technician comes to your home. I feel I was ripped off financially. I should at least get half of my money back because of the company lying about pricing. If you have over thousands of dollars to pay then you will be Ok, but someone like me trying to get better pricing than this!
