YES YES and YES! Very professional from me contacting scheduler till job completed… they worked around my schedule and in constant contact! Jon Holbrook was very prompt, courteous and very customer focused. Thanks Jon! Although I don’t think I will need to contact them any time soon for the great repair with current quality parts etc…. Jonathan Holbrook was a true professional. He quickly completed the job; which appeared to us to be just a broken torsion spring, however, the bearings and cables were 30 years old and worn out.
