Very respectable business. From the very beginning very professional and informative. The first installer did not meet expectations but called the company and let them know. The second installer was amazing! Apologized for the first guy and was very nice nd professional! Thank you for your hard work! I am pretty sure his name was Unique. He was extremely nice and worked fast and efficient.

I gave 4 stars because of their sceduling. The service and installation was 5 Stars! However, when you schedule an install for 8-12 am the expectation is that the installers are there at 8. Apparently the scheduling dept knew the installers dont even get to the shop until 8 and dont leave for the morning install until 9. Installers showed up at 1000. Once they arrived, they did an excellent job and was extremely professional. You should just let the customer know what time they will ACTUALLY be there.

After by opener quit working I called Precision at 10 am on a Tuesday. A technician arrived at 12:30. Since I also had a broken panel in the door itself and old springs, I decided to get a new door and opener. All the work was completely installed by 2:30 the next day - less than 30 hours after original call. All personnel were very professional and would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
