Called Precision Garage Door Service because my Garage Door Opener stopped working properly. They set up an appointment for Sunday between 8:00 and 12:00. Received a call @ 8:00 that said Miller Henderson was on his way and should arrive in about 20 minutes. After diagnosing the problem and offering several different options and solutions I decided just to go ahead and replace the garage door opener and rail. Miller did a Great Job assisted in getting everything up and running. Did a complete clean up and explained the warranty. Said if I needed anything or had any problems to just give them a call. Very courteous and professional! Highly Recommend!

The spring broke on one of my garage doors. I called to make an appointment and they were very quick at sending Teddy the technician to my house. He was very professional. He explained the different types of springs/plans I could choose from. I previously had a spring break on my other garage door and used Precision in the past. They were extremely professional and fast. I haven't had any problems with the spring since it was installed. The only difference between this visit and my previous visit, a while ago, was the increase in price. However, I felt that was to be expected.

I used Precision last year when my sensors went out and they showed up right away. So yesterday evening when the cables on my door unraveled I knew who I was going to call. They came out early the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a price, and everything was totally done and good to go in less than 2 hours. Technician gave me a heads up call on the way out, was polite and knowledgeable about my questions. Definitely will call here again if I have any future issues.

Very respectable business. From the very beginning very professional and informative. The first installer did not meet expectations but called the company and let them know. My garage door motor quite working, called Precision at around 10:45AM, The receptionist gave us a window between 12PM and 4PM for a tech to arrive to look at the motor. Teddy Kress of the Fayetteville, NC, office called at 12:15 and said he would be at my home in 15 to 20 min, he arrived 30 min later Id what was wrong and gave me 5 options from repairing a 20 Plus year old motor to several replacements' options. I elected to replace the old motor and chain. which was a big upgrade to the old Sears motor. He was done by 2:45PM. Outstanding workmanship by Teddy, I would recommend him to anyone. This is my second dealings with Precision, first time was a door spring and now a motor. each time I was highly satisfied with them.
