The technician sent a message telling us about who he is, what he does, a picture too. This is very nice to know who is coming out. Miller was very good, he identified what was the issue with our garage door right away. He gave us options about what he can do. He presented the cost and asked several times to make sure we understood. Thank you for your fast service and actually coming out when stated.

Mike was super helpful; he thoroughly went over everything and gave multiple options of service, ranging in price and benefits. He was also in and out in like two hours, which was convenient, considering it took me the same amount of time to change one roller. Products also came with a warranty, which gives some peace of mind. Definitely will recommend!

My garage door motor quite working, called Precision at around 10:45AM, The receptionist gave us a window between 12PM and 4PM for a tech to arrive to look at the motor. Teddy Kress of the Fayetteville, NC, office called at 12:15 and said he would be at my home in 15 to 20 min, he arrived 30 min later Id what was wrong and gave me 5 options from repairing a 20 Plus year old motor to several replacements' options. I elected to replace the old motor and chain. which was a big upgrade to the old Sears motor. He was done by 2:45PM. Outstanding workmanship by Teddy, I would recommend him to anyone. This is my second dealings with Precision, first time was a door spring and now a motor. each time I was highly satisfied with them.

I am very pleased with the service received today regarding my garage door. The young man was very prompt, professional and courteous. He checked all of my remotes and explained in detail the service rendered to my garage door which involved replacing a wire which had somehow been broken or cut from wear and tear.
