You fixed the problem at the time and in a timely manner but after finding out that one of our friends had the same problem recently and it cost them half the price it made me think we were over charged. We will not be getting you to replace the door spring again but thanks for your help this time.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service regarding my inoperable garage door opener. The representative whom I spoke with ensured me that a technician would be arriving the same day, which at the time was about 2:56 pm. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Precision Garage Door Service informing me that Blake could not make the appointment because he was booked and assisting another customer, which was 100% ok with me. The following day, Nathan from Precision Garage Door Service arrived at home with the necessary equipment to complete the job. Nathan was very informative and very knowledgeable of his duties and responsibilities! Nathan ensured me that he provided the best service, which I am very pleased. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in garage door services and he displayed his experience. Mr. Anthony Woods, the supervisor followed up with a courtesy phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the service that Nathan provided. I informed Anthony that I was very satisfied with the service from Nathan. Technician Nathan Jernigan came out to assess and repair my non-operational garage door opener. He was very professional and got right to work. Long story short he ended up having to replace the control board which he had on hand. Repair took an hour maybe all told. Keep this man employed! Great job Nathan!

My garage door, after the tech, supposinly had completed the repairs, kept imposing that the existing problem was from previous repairs, (Garage door kept opening after remotely trying to close). Other areas that by company policies, he was not able to engage. Please see invoice. Why did I have to pay, knowing that the remains when attempting to close. This nodoubt is a unsafe practice. Not happy. Have to hire another Garage door company to follow up, causing more expenses.

Our team returned for a second visit to take another look and determined that the remaining issue is related to damage to the top section of the door. We explained that resolving this issue would require replacing the damaged section. Since we do not carry replacement sections for this type of door, the option we could provide would be a new door. We understand this wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

What a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service! I woke up to a broken garage door spring and a vehicle being held hostage in our garage because of it! I'd seen several advertisements on TV and decided to give them a shot. I must say... it was absolutely the right decision. I made contact with them just before 11am and the tech (Mike Hazell) was here by 12:30pm. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making an informed decision about how best to repair our garage door. The repair was completed in no time and I was back in business.
