Our technician, Mike, was most helpful. He arrived on time, listened to our questions and concerns, and helped us select the improvements that we needed to keep our 20 year old garage door up and running. He even helped us program our cell phones to interact with the door. All the work was completed within a few hours. No surprises. Would highly recommend!

I scheduled my appointment on their website site. Appointment was set for between 2 and 6 pm. Technicians name is Teddy. He called at around 1:20. Said he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived on time. I told him what I needed, he gave me three or four options with prices for each option. He explained each option very well and I chose the one that worked best for me. He replaced one motor and installed a new spring system with new rollers. He was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the entire experience. It was a little pricey but being good isn’t cheap and being cheap isn’t good. I feel I got good value for the money I spent. I would recommend this company and I would certainly recommend this technician.

Very responsive. I like you can schedule online. Mike, the technician, was very helpful explaining the issues and fixing the problem. Replaced rollers on all three garage doors and they are so quiet now. Wonderful communication regarding appointment time. I will be including them in my contacts for any future repairs.
