Great experience, great Customer Service. Made an appointment that morning. They were here properly that same day. Service tech was polite. Extremely knowledgeable complete professional. Not a pushy person. Trying to sell me things I did not need. Fix the problem. Identified other issues that would’ve caused problems later. I’m 100% satisfied the service and would truly recommend this company to anyone.

I waited on two other companies that we had been using for years 8 days. I found Precision on the internet and called about 9:30 am and the receptionist told me there would be someone at my location 50 miles away at 2:00 pm. He arrived at 2:03 pm. Enough said.

Attn: Precision Supervisors, We are very satisfied with the services Will Graham provided our residents. Mr. Graham made contact prior the scheduled appointment time and actually arrived earlier than expected. He was cordial, well, uniformed in attire, and appeared happy to get to work! Mr. Graham listened to us regarding the issues; he explained in details what the possible causes were- AND options for repair. Mr. Graham presented us with the price of different choices; we chose -and he completed the work in good timing. We will request Will in the coming future as we are aware of the inevitable malfunctions that may come soon on other doors. Yes, Will was thoroughly informative; VERY PROFESSIONAL, and deserves all accolades on a job well done! Thank you!

Outstanding service in a timely manner with a reasonable price! Technician Will showed up earlier than I was expecting, especially when they give you a four hour window, and addressed the issue. He told me what the problem was and addressed other shortcomings as well. Quoted the reasonable price and time frame and got to work! I would recommend Precision every time!
