I contacted Precision Garage Door Service regarding my inoperable garage door opener. The representative whom I spoke with ensured me that a technician would be arriving the same day, which at the time was about 2:56 pm. Shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Precision Garage Door Service informing me that Blake could not make the appointment because he was booked and assisting another customer, which was 100% ok with me. The following day, Nathan from Precision Garage Door Service arrived at home with the necessary equipment to complete the job. Nathan was very informative and very knowledgeable of his duties and responsibilities! Nathan ensured me that he provided the best service, which I am very pleased. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in garage door services and he displayed his experience. Mr. Anthony Woods, the supervisor followed up with a courtesy phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the service that Nathan provided. I informed Anthony that I was very satisfied with the service from Nathan. Technician Nathan Jernigan came out to assess and repair my non-operational garage door opener. He was very professional and got right to work. Long story short he ended up having to replace the control board which he had on hand. Repair took an hour maybe all told. Keep this man employed! Great job Nathan!

My garage door, after the tech, supposinly had completed the repairs, kept imposing that the existing problem was from previous repairs, (Garage door kept opening after remotely trying to close). Other areas that by company policies, he was not able to engage. Please see invoice. Why did I have to pay, knowing that the remains when attempting to close. This nodoubt is a unsafe practice. Not happy. Have to hire another Garage door company to follow up, causing more expenses.

Our team returned for a second visit to take another look and determined that the remaining issue is related to damage to the top section of the door. We explained that resolving this issue would require replacing the damaged section. Since we do not carry replacement sections for this type of door, the option we could provide would be a new door. We understand this wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

What a fantastic experience with Precision Garage Door Service! I woke up to a broken garage door spring and a vehicle being held hostage in our garage because of it! I called about a broken spring on Labor Day and Nathan was at the house within a few hours! He did a fantastic job and was very fast. I would definitely suggest using Precision Garage Door service. I damaged the side of my garage and my vehicle backing out of my garage. I checked the damage and realized that the garage door would not close. I immediately Googled garage door repair. Precision popped in the search and I immediately called the listed number. Precision said that they could send a specialist that day. Same day appointment, I was relieved. The technician (Bruce) arrived ready to work. He was very knowledgable. He took the time to explain the damage spot and what he needed to do to fix the damage. He did a great job.
