The service tech that came out was good, did the work perfectly and fast knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. The office people quoted the wrong price they need to update that cause it cost more than the quoted over the phone. But the work was good no complaints thanks

1. I initially called for the appointment, spoke with Mary and she told me someone would be out on Wednesday, 11/19/24 between 10 and 2pm. I called back after no one showed up, only to be told that I was not in the system nor scheduled for that day. They took my info and gave me a later appointment after 4pm. 2. The technician arrived and the first thing he said was could he use my bathroom? Certainly I allowed him to, but this was very uncomfortable for me 3. He completed the requested repair but his sales pitch to get me spend more was unnecessary and overpowering. 4. He overcharged me. explained to him that I was told that I would not be charged the service fee of $95, if I allowed them to do the repair. He insisted that it did not apply to this type of repair. Subsequently, the next morning I called the office and was given the $95 credit.

Mike and Bruce were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and courteous. They spent several minutes with me explaining the diagnostics they would be performing on my garage door and system. I was offered three different options to address the malfunctioning of my garage door and never felt pressured to choose any of them. I felt very comfortable that they would do a great job and was extremely pleased with the results.

Great experience, great Customer Service. Made an appointment that morning. They were here properly that same day. Service tech was polite. Extremely knowledgeable complete professional. Not a pushy person. Trying to sell me things I did not need. Fix the problem. Identified other issues that would’ve caused problems later.
