I left a message on Saturday, 8/22 explaining my situation and was promptly given an appointment for Sunday 8/23. My technician, Tim McRae arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment, explained the process and was professional and knowledgeable. He completed the work in the time he stated and my garage door was back up and running smoothly.

The time spent waiting for doors to arrive was a misunderstanding on my part. I assumed the doors would arrive and be ready to install within three weeks. But it was more like six weeks. The doors arrived on 19 Aug 2026, and the installation was scheduled for the following day, the 20th. The installer, Josh, arrived at the appointed time after calling and texting to give me a heads-up that he was en route. Upon arrival, Josh was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process and said I could ask questions at any time. When completed, my wife and I were very pleased with the look and function of the doors.
