It was early afternoon and I was coming in from outside, when I heard a loud noise. Living in Southern Pines, at first I thought it was live fire rounds coming from Ft. Bragg, but knowing the sound was too near to be artillery I realized it must of come from the garage. And sure enough, the garage door opener springs had snapped. Fortunately, I had Precision Doors contact information posted in the garage, so I gave them a call and within 30 minutes Mike was in the garage assessing the situation. And 2 hours after the incident the garage door springs and all the other worn parts were replaced, and the garage door was opening and closing perfectly. I appreciate their prompt service, but more than that, I appreciate Mike's concern and passion to do quality work. He also does an excellent job communicating clearly what the repair options are and their cost. Thank you Mike Hazel

I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!

Extremely quick response to servicing our garage. Mike was here in less than 18 hours from our call to fix our garage door. He was super knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. Absolutely amazing service. Chris, the technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and make sure you were informed of everything that he was about to repair. I had the main spring on my garage door break and needed a quick repair. The work was performed extremely quickly. Price seemed a little high, but my need was met in an extremely timely manner. This is the second time I’ve used this company.
