It was very easy to schedule online. Mike H. was very informative and gave us upfront quotes. He was very polite and friendly. He even called Chamberlain directly and talked to a tech when he couldn't reprogram our garage door. It was determined under warranty we needed a new circuit board. Once the part comes in we will have Mike come back and replace it. I highly recommend this company

This survey regards Precision Garage Door Service of "Goldsboro." I live in Southern Pines, NC. No matter, here goes: First off, I have no idea about the amount I paid. I mean, who in the general public is competent to judge garage door repair service charges? That said, 5 x 3 stars for responsiveness. The company sent the repair guy almost immediately; and it was right up against 4th of July time at that. The technician was Mike Hazell. Since his first name is the same as mine, I figured he'd do a good job. He did, as far as I can tell. And he did it chop-chop -- within about an hour, I think. I gave him a cold diet Dr. Pepper and encouraged him to stand in front of the garage fan. After all, it was bumping a hundred degrees. And here's the thing, I am a certified car nut and have two nice buggies in my garage; and they were worthless to me before Mike came. That's because the garage door was stuck! Wouldn't go up, wouldn't go down. So there was no way I could use the things inside. Mike made all those problems get away -- 10 more stars!

We highly recommend Precision. It was easy to book an appointment. We appreciated the text introduction to the person that would be coming to our home. Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to install same day for a reasonable price. He efficiently installed a new belt drive garage door opener which is so quiet. He helped walk us through the outside key pad, indoor control pad, app, and home link for our two vehicles. Overall an excellent experience.

I was scheduled for a garage door assessment/repair appointment today April 29th between 10 am and 2 pm. Technician Mike Hazell called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I gave him quick overview about my garage door's history and what led up to its current malfunction. Mike provided me and my wife with a detailed assessment of our garage doors' condition and professional and realistic steps we could take to move forward. The information Mike provided us enabled us to make a well-informed decision to move forward. We decided to purchase a new garage door. Our current door lasted for 16 years (we purchased our house in 2010). We are satisfied with our choice and are excited for the new installation scheduled for a week from today.
