Call for an appointment and scheduled for a morning appointment the following day. Mike the technician diagnosed and wrote up multiple options to fix our broken door and suggested fixes for our second door which hasn't worked for a few years. Everything was completed on the same day and was pleased with the results.

Mike and Bruce were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and courteous. They spent several minutes with me explaining the diagnostics they would be performing on my garage door and system. Over time, it appeared the springs had broken. Mike from Precision came out explained the issue and what was needed to repair it. Work was completed very quickly.

I showed him my issue gave me a quote which I accepted and he got started working right away. I was expecting a 2 hour job he finished in less than 45 min he answered all my questions he explained to me how everything works .
