Mike was awesome. He called when he was on his way and after looking at the garage door, he recommended several parts be replaced. He explained each recommendation and gave me a few options. Though the cost of the parts and repairs were way more than I expected, I guess the work needed to be done. The parts were 20 years old. I would have preferred him to just do the cable adjustment first and see if it still worked fine. I fear he recommended repairs that weren't really necessary at this time. It was great Precision could come the same day. I would have liked them to offer some type of financing like half down and six months to pay the rest. It was quite expensive. Hopefully, I didn't get taken advantage of.

My garage door was 15+ yrs old and was getting pretty spotty on whether it felt like opening or not using either my garage door opener or the MyQ app... I finally had enough and booked an appt. online with Precision Garage Door Service. Not only was the online booking seamless, they were able to come out the SAME day!! I received a text from the technician, including his bio, a photo of him and an even sooner time slot than I had booked. He was knowledgable and professional and not only fixed the problem but also fixed the door rollers which were not rolling smoothly and were ridiculously noisy. I now have a new motor and the quietest garage door I have ever had!! The new system is directly tied into the MyQ system, which also ties into the Amazon Key garage delivery! And all of this was done in ONE HOUR!!! 10/10 recommend!!

I found my garage door broken yesterday. I called and spoke to a nice lady who set me up with a appointment the very next day. The mechanic texted and then called me on his way. After Inspecting my garage door he gave me several options. He got right to work and completed the task quickly and then cleaned up before we settled the bill. I appreciate his wanting to a good job and keeping me informed along the process. I was impressed that he was a few minutes early to start with.
