We just bought this home and garage door needed repair, our serviceman explained everything to us, prices…etc, even prices to replace the door had we chosen to do that. He did a great job, for/rpl all things garage door, this door is working like new, very nice and courteous, I felt as ease to ask him anything, so we’re new to the area but we know who to call for our garage door needs. I didn’t list his name because I honestly forgot but we’re in Goldsboro

Called on Saturday to have my garage door opener/operator replaced. They were able to get a service tech out to me on Monday morning. Mike H. was great! He explained everything well and was able to get me an exact quote based on what I wanted/needed. Had my springs, rollers, and opener replaced and Mike was finished and out of the garage in an hour and a half. Very happy with Precision and Mike. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs garage work done. Just to throw this out there, I had my metal rollers replaced with nylon rollers and a chain-drive opener replaced with a belt-drive opener and wow, you can barely hear the garage anymore! It’s awesome! Thanks Precision!
