The entire experience was great. The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable & friendly. I was scheduled for service the next day. Mike Hazel, the garage door opener technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered three options for a solution. I opted for a new opener (mine was 14 years old) and Mike installed a new garage door opener efficiently and explained its features expertly. I will definitely use these garage door experts again although the opener itself has a lifetime guarantee.

They made the repairs and ensured the door was back in top condition and working order. Very courteous and friendly, so that lessened the impact of paying for the work.

If I could give less than 1, I would but I'll grant them that at least they did same day diagnostic. They will try to up charge and scam you. Only company in the area that'll charge just to look at it your problem. The guy who took a look then tried to say our springs were broken, and estimated the cost would be $1300. We couldn't be present for the inspection as it was at a rental property and I was working so I told him I'd like a second opinion and I'm not doing that. Without hesitation he said he'd call his boss to ask about a better deal. Came back less than a minute later to offer $999 and he made sure to say there would also be a tax charge. Fast forward 30 minutes and ProLift came out and identified a belt issue, no spring issues and fixed our door for $375. I will be filing a BBB complaint over this and I suggest you all seek out ProLift for anything.

1 star is pretty accurate. They had decent response time; however, the estimate was $1300 minimum $1700 to fix some stuff I wasn’t familiar with. I called another company for a second opinion and they responded in under an hour and gave me a detailed description and only charged $300. I save $1k NOT using this company. Do not recommend.
